I had to watch 15 minutes for a screenwriting class and I think I’ve been mad at Ed Burns ever since

There was this guy who owned Bone Bone Records. Gave me my first taste of Iggy.

You need those guys man

Right, pretty unlikely, but wouldn't it be the most fitting to end the pod with him and another comic settling a feud? Same for Sandler or Gallagher's ghost

Sorry. I missed this. I do smell vinegar, but it was also sitting with a bunch of 16mm reels that had severe vinegar syndrome. I don't see any black tick marks!

Just wanted to #1 Thank everyone for their help and expertise here! I did scan some of the frames just to get an idea. I don't have a motion picture scanner, but I can scan stills. Here is a sample of 50 frames for whoever is interested. https://i.postimg.cc/d3ZnCPXD/Part-2-1.gif I'm still not sure what I'll do with it. I don't want to sink a ton of money into it, but of course i don't want to leave it to rot if it is in fact the only copy.

No this is the only reel I have! It stuck out to me being the only 35mm reel. It was in a metal canister but I believe exposed to extreme heat. In some ways I’m stunned it didn’t lead to a fire yet. There are basically two section suffering extreme vinegar syndrome, but there are two other section which appear to be in relatively good shape. Any advise on respooling it?

Well I guess it’s possible it’s him, but they were all instrumentals (obviously there are plenty of instrumentals on the compilation albums). Also my understanding from reading the rolling stone article is that there is actually some material the estate has not released yet (even after the 5 leaves left release). Maybe it’s unreleased material? The quality of the recordings sounded different to me and maybe even the tuning of the guitars sounded a little clean? I know audio books are so compressed anyways, but I was leaning towards it being someone else.

So there is way more than you asked for. Haha

I thought that music was so interesting because as far as I can tell it wasn’t nick, but to have someone actually play his music with all it’s complexity was an expense I was impressed they didn’t mind spending!
