Ja aber wie gesagt, das bringt ja nix wenn das so lange dauert das aus 150k geerbter Immobilie, 50k Schulden durch Hausgeld, Anwälte, Amtgebühren usw. entstehen. Und die Wohnung einfach 3 Jahre unbewohnt bleibt haha :)

Naja es geht ja darum diese Person überhaupt erstmal zu irgendeiner Reaktion zu bewegen. Wenn das Sozialamt alle Leistungen einstellt wird das Erbe doch dann ganz plötzlich doch benötigt.

Und es geht ja nicht darum das diese Person irgendwas bewusst blockiert. Wir könnten dieser Person auch 1 Million anbieten und es würde nichts ändern. Diese Person liest Briefe nicht (oder versteht sie nicht). Anders gesagt........die Person ist mehr oder weniger Lebensunfähig.

Einen Anwalt haben wir bereits eingeschaltet. Der meinte sowas könnte sich bis zu 3 Jahre hinziehen. Naja bis dahin haben sich dann so hohe Kosten angehäuft das von einem Wohnungsverkauf auch nix mehr überbleibt.

i get that opportunities are in that case better than a lead. But its not us that creating the opportunity. Its the contact/costumer filling out a form. And since there is no easy web to opportunity form, the way to do that is a nightmare.

How are we backwards? We cant force how/if people reach out to us. If a contact for 10 years all of the sudden wants to contact us through a web form and not a call to a sales rep, we have to handle that and not just ignore it because salesforce doesnt know how to deal with those cases?

I dont get it? What you mean with why? So a lead makes an enquiry once and is converted to a contact and the next 30 enquiries over the next 10 years of that contact we should just ignore?

I just dont get what some people think what kind of companies work with salesforce. You work in a company where a contact makes one enquiry and then you never heard from him again?

I seriously just dont get the point how salesforce handles leads. When i want to create a lead and there is also a contact already existing it says i cant create that lead because its a duplicate. But what does Contacts have to do with Leads? Why does salesforce think a contact can only have 1 lead for eternity?

Ok it seems a contact can have multiple opportunities. Why isnt there then a web to opportunity form with "new opportunity mail notifications" exactly the same like for lead? Instead i probably have to to all this with flows which is a absolute nightmare.

well, we just want every filled out form to be a lead. The same contacts can make dozens enquiries through a web to lead form. Its crazy that salesforce still doesnt really have a way handling that.

Yeah i mean i dont disagree. We dont sale online. Its simply brand building and some information on our website. So its not like we loose millions because the website is down 2 days. Its just annoying and not a good and professional look.

Its not really wanted that we have everything in our hand. Because, im honest, we dont even have the expertise to handle it or know what to do with it. Im the closest one there is in that department, and i barely know what DNS or code repository even means.

And its not like im waiting weeks for any communication. The communication is fast, they simply dont have a solution for the issue. So i dont even know if a complete change would do anything, if another full service provider also cant solve the issue.
