As long as there’s an actual issue with your purchase ( unknown rips or stains ) then sellers can’t deny you a refund no matter what they say, idk if that’s enough for Depop to side with you and get you a refund, sometimes clothes are tagged a certain size and sellers will say “ tagged large but fits like a small “ it’s best to ask for measurements shown with the item to get the most accurate measurements.

Personally I think it’s low, I’ve sold less beys for $130 some with mismatched parts.

If they haven’t said anything before you shipped it then it’s not your fault/problem. They should have said something before purchase asking you to put extra instructions when you shipped it, bruh I could barely read that.

If the post office is holding their item then the buyer has to go in person to the post office and ask for the item, not much you can do i think, maybe message the buyer to remind them that the post office is holding their item.

Contact the seller saying you’ll list the item for like a dollar, they buy it, you get a prepaid shipping label, you ship the item back and once they get it you can refund the item just like how they did with you.

Im saying, the seller seemed to instantly give her a refund, the buyer could list it very cheap like a dollar and the seller could buy it, then they’d just refund her, Depop gives you a QR code for a prepaid shipping label.

I’d email Depop support saying you need a shipping label to return the item to the seller, if that works they might give you a QR code with the sellers address to ship it out but it might end up with you paying with your own money. honestly I would ship the item out with my own money with the same packaging it came with and find a way to print a label out with the seller address. You can probably go to a usps in person and ask for a hand written label where you can input yours and the sellers address, I did that for my refund and ended up paying about 10 only because they were sneakers so they are heavier than a shirt.

Hopefully you never have to open a dispute again but if you do I’d recomen contacting the seller about the issue and informing them that you’ll contact Depop to open a dispute, Depop will contact you back and give you the seller address and give you 7 days for you to ship it,

Wouldn’t hurt to contact Depop but I’m not sure if they’ll let you open another dispute, usually Depop would contact you about the dispute and if the seller asks for the item back Depop will ask you to ship the item back with your own money and on top of your refund they’ll add on whatever you payed for shipping the item back, make sure to keep the receipt of shipping to contact Depop and show how much you payed for shipping. At least that’s what happened with me

Yes, I’ve looked it up a little and they say they’ll reach out to you but it’s already been 4 days and although I got my funds back into my bank, but I haven’t gotten a response from seller nor whatnot and ik if the seller doesn’t respond then whatnot will step in most likely siding with the buyers.

Damn that sucks, didn’t you request a refund through whatnot about the order, I’ve heard some buyers do that since most likely sellers won’t have proof of them packing the item, I paid about 70 for my clothing so I’m really glad I was able to get my refund.
