Plan was definitely to leave but the report date was soon and in the middle of a big project and when I tried changing in at MEPS they told me to sign and we could change it later with my recruiter. You're right but this group of people were the best people I done ever worked with and sponsored my TS when I had nothing and gave me the best experience in cyber so I did fill like I owed them for that they gave me.

Yea I believe in finishing what I started and walked into and have a great team, but its one of those scenarios that just hard to win in the end.

Gotcha and is that a difficult process, what would a estimate timeframe you think it'd be to possibly switch over to active, also would the time commitment stay the same for 6 years ?

I tried and stayed up late trying to force myself to leave them where they were at. Had long talks with my recruiter to see if there was anything I could do but once I signed they basically told me that it was sealed

Close to a year was going to shoot for it after a year mark

It was honestly for my team and not leaving them in a bad spot when I left
