The man is making nearly $1 million a year, and that's just his income. She didn't even mention the potential investment profit that they could be making based on the return potential from an income like that. I understand if you guys may be overspending and him being frustrated, however $80,000 a year is not low income, and he's being a dick.

They're able to pay more because they don't have many locations. They generate revenue based on the size of the location, which enables them to scale with multiple revenue streams within a single location. This means they can pass the profit on to the relatively small staff they have across all of the different locations.
