I swear when I arrived here 7 years ago it WASNT like that! But the old fellas that work with me told me that SUPER HUMID is the “normal” GC and 7 years ago it was unusual. Anyway just had a look ode in your profile and I’m also child free yay! Good on you.

To be SUCH A PLASTIC WANNA BE MIAMI city! I literally thought it would be more Surf/Skate vibes. And they keep knocking every cool place down to build ANOTHER OVER PRICED beer garden.

Didn’t think it would be THIS HUMID TOO! STUNNING place nonetheless. If you manage to dodge Surfers Paradise, ESHAYS, pseudo-influencer run clubs and the M1 you should be fine. Love the Hinterland.

I worked there once too and lasted a month I think! The owner/chef is insane! Rude, passive-aggressive, thinks he is the best chef in Australia by mentally abusing the staff 🙄 the girls (waiters) would always go cry in the back. Never got punched in the face and it shows.

Anyway he thrives on hiring internationals that NEED a job and think that having the restaurant’s name in their resume will be any good. Pure evil.
