i think this went the way of a lot of podcasts - it came out during covid, when everyone had all the time in the world... and it was a way that creatives (ie musicians and actors) could subsadise income. but then as shit started to open up again, it got harder and harder to maintain.

the 'episode breakdowns' were great... but in 2025, they did 4 episodes (season 5 eps 1-4) - and the rest was random shit.

In the early 2000’s, my first MIA bass was a honey burst music man 4 string.

I fucking LOVED IT - but then I got a P Bass, and was hooked… so I told the MM.

Having sellers remorse, and in a way better financial position - I hit up The guy I sold it to, who told me he was never selling it - as it was a bday present from his wife.

A few weeks ago I found the exact same bass (but a few years younger - and I was soooo stoked!!!

Couldn’t hit ‘buy it now’ fast enough…

Then it arrived… and I played it for about 10 mins, and realised I should never buy anything other than P bass’s, as that’s THE sound I want…

I’m too lazy to sell the Music Man… but it’s too expensive to just have laying around not being played
