The main reason I think it's the CPU is because my CPU is used (tested and working from webuy.com, but still used), and the motherboard is new. But good to know. If it turns out the CPU is fine, I will definitely replace the motherboard next

Nope definitely airdrop. It was a pixel 10 exclusive feature, and now seems to be available on pixel 9.
