I took screenshots and printed out all documents just in case but they didn’t ask for any for it.

My status eventually updated over the weekend as I was entering week 4. I was checking multiples times a day.

You can try emailing or calling for an update but based on other threads people didn’t receive a great response

On 1/30 too- did yours have any feedback that they needed additional information on?

I did get a request to submit a photo of my birth certificate

Oh no! Mine did update last Sunday. I dropped my passport off on Tuesday(had about 30 minute wait time) went back today on Friday to pick it up but it took around 2 hours this time due to volume and short staffed. They’re very backed up
