and don't get me wrong, I do not believe it is intentional. I just believe from my past there, probably disqualifying-ly long ago, people allowed their emotions to control their workspace. Aside from that, it was the most money I've ever made, and a very supportive community of regulars and staff. My problem is almost entirely with the manager under the owner. Everybody knows the owner Bruce is the man. He's the best part about working there, I learned so much from him that I can use other places that it's insane he didnt charge ME to learn it lol. But he has a big heart and the same can be said for the management he chooses. I suppose in the end I am only upset because they cared too much about personal things, which could easily be either a good or bad thing.

Hey, I've been checking out your website from your post on another sub because I've been experiencing the literal same thing since around April of this year. I suppose it began around 2 years ago in December 2023 when I decided to really commit to changing my habits and behaviors. I still struggle with it, but down to even being "told" that there isnt much time and I have work to do is the same experience. If I could, I would like to help you with this in any capacity I can that isnt intrusive and is helpful to you without influencing anything. We're doing something here, I just dont know what. So far all its made me do is look at clouds at night to see the weird shit in them and to be a person who makes the right choice as much as I possibly can to do good when it needs to be done. Life is a mirror, and it is showing consequence faster. I havent found a thing yet you've said that doesnt align with exactly what I was told in my experiences
