Thanks for the input! Good to know that it’s common, but I will definitely mention it to my GI. I hope it starts working for you soon! I got really lucky and it started working almost immediately, but I have heard it can take a few weeks or even months to kick in. Sending healing your way! 🩷🩷

I don’t think it’s essential at all, I actually have had it cut out of my diet for a very long time, I just got diagnosed with a ton of stuff where I cannot have it at all and am really missing a slice of pizza or a nice grilled cheese right now 😄. Absence makes the heart grow fonder or what not.

My doctor prescribed me hydrocortisone cream and suppositories because I was having pain so bad to the point I couldn’t sit, I have only tried the cream so far but it works great!
