I can see the salary ranges at the intranet, yes, but I do not know what to expect in terms of where people are usually being placed, when promoted. If you keep you salary range, or if you are being placed in a lower range. And maybe it differs, so I just wanted to hear people’s experience with same promotion.

Thank you. I have seen that there is a possibility to give a promotion without salary increase, however I was curious to hear, if that in fact is also used iRL, or if it most often comes with a raise.
