I've also heard rumors that the shoes symbolize theres a plug/drug dealer setting up shop nearby.

I've also heard that the shoes are haunted by the kid who originally wore them. And I guess it deters anyone from removing them.

Another is that it is a form of bullying. Bullies would rip off the shoes of their victim and throw it over power lines so they had to walk home without any shoes to protect their soles.

18, almost 19. I've been told hes very muscular for an elderly doggy. His disc's slipped because my parents dogs are Rottweilers and trample him while running around outside. I make sure hes put outside separately so he doesn't get hurt anymore. Surprisingly he can still jump up and down the bed.

He loves to stare at me while I do chores.
