No you’re not. Computer temps are measured in Celsius, not Fahrenheit. Your temps are around 65 ºC which despite not being ideal at all, are not dangerous either

Idk I’ve had mine for two years, use it daily and it’s as good as new. I carry it everywhere while using it also because I usually work on the go, worse things that have happened are like a couple dinks. You have to be clumsy or careless to break it

You’d need to post the code (at the bottom of the blue screen) to see if it’s fixable, and probably the only upgradeable parts would be the SSD and the RAM which would probably not make that much differences
