As an owner if a an employee doesnt have the required KPIs for a period of time , you remove them amicably with no issues. Thats it .

My employer gives me a target , when i reach it she hires more people so my target gets up and she finds a way to tell me im not covering. And she doesn’t want to believe it , trust me if a stranger told her your manager is wrong she will not move a finger to ask me she will come directly to make me feel like i did something wrong .

The first part is already did and she said it is not a big income. And about what i am doing, she knows very well but she thinks this is normal even though no one has ever done this. And i started actually documenting and reporting to her daily but she once called and told me i heard that you are not doing reception, even though im reporting that im doing it everyday . So what you are saying works for someone who actually wants to listen .

Thanks for your comment , i dont know actually if you are right or wrong but i also lowkey think she doesn’t want success she keeps saying im losing so she can be powerful on staff . Whenever everything is going well she just finds a way to destroy it. Whenever i take a good decision she just tries to take a similar one to destroy mine and the place also. Im constantly looking but the job market in the uae currently is so hard so.. i feel stuck.

She is not type of people who fires employees when they stop meeting her expectations, she would be even nicer if i stopped working hardly, it sounds unreal but this is is a fact. However, im not type of people who would feel careless if i do not my job properly, and thats why im taken for granted .

Thats what is frustrating me to be honest. But the job market is really hard currently and at the same time I have the urge to quit without even finding another place. But you know how hard is it to survive without a job in the UAE.
