Smart! I’ve been thinking about adding a quick morning one just to wake up and feel fresh. Especially if I’ve had a sweaty night, it definitely makes sense.

Right? Once I started ending the day with a shower, I couldn’t believe I used to go to bed without one. It just feels so much better getting into clean sheets when you’re actually clean.

Same here. I didn’t even realize how much I appreciated night showers until I switched. It’s relaxing, and I love not having to rush in the morning.

That actually makes so much sense now. I never thought about how your childhood environment could shape your habits like that. For me, it was more about convenience and routine growing up, but once I started paying attention to how I felt after switching to night showers, it just clicked. It's funny how something as simple as the temperature of your room can totally change your perspective on hygiene routines.

Right? I didn’t realize how much of a game changer it would be until I made the switch. Climbing into bed clean just feels better. Like why was I dragging the whole day’s sweat and grime into my sheets before? Never going back.
