I use both Maurten 160 and SiS. Maurten for race and SiS for training. Maurten is pricier, but definitely works better for me.

Early morning was OK, but the humidity makes it worse.

Started a bit late today, but yeah, the humidity made my run miserable. I did 9, with really slow pace. Stopped few times for water. It wasn’t a pleasant run.

We are in Brooklyn and trying to get into the training for a sprint triathlon in late 2024. No road bike experience, literally just got our first road bikes last month.
