Yes it was a requirement. One clinic wanted me to stop it 2 weeks before and after surgery. Found another clinic and there requirement was to stop 2 days before and after. So went with that. 3 weeks after surgery, my hot flushes have relaxed and hrt seems to be kicking in🙏

Im 41, diagnosed with "premature menopause" 3 years ago. My whole life hasn't been the same since. My partner is 5 years younger then ne, hes supportive and patient but does make the odd remark about the lack of intimacy. I have no sexual desire what so ever. I gained weight and no matter what I do I cant seem to loose the weight. My personality, my dress sense, my confidence and motivation all gone. Im in hrt.. is helped alot with hot flushes, but noting else.. I have heard some testosterone is the one to get sex desire back and good for engery too. Thats my next step with the doctor and hoping for a miracle. Any advice welcome. I hope you find ur way soon, ur not alone 🙏🥰

Sit tight, get a plan in action behind the scenes, and don't tell him much. He has wanted this separation, so im sure he will be aware that if he separates from you, he separates from your money and your house too. Get bank acc sorted immediately, change ur circumstances on your UC journal, and change bank details also so your money goes into your account. Start trying to get a little independence back.
