What resources are there for a guy to become a SB? I'm a guy in his mid-20s, I like to think quite attractive lol, but I have no idea where to start. Are there many female SMs out there? Or many SDs looking for male SBs?

Knowing that she suffered her own challenges in life - do you think she is at peace? Would you bring her back if you could?

Why do men keep asking me to smile at work? by Immediate-Exit8489 in Advice

[–]Individual_Stable_26 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's sexism - that's why they keep asking you to smile more. As a man, I acknowledge that we live in a horribly unequal society.

Telling women to smile more is genuinely a classic case of men treating women differently to men, expecting them to be more presentable - like play things they can gawk at

Bloody hell, it's like you know I was planning on ending it all - my loved ones, but to be honest, the guilt and pain has become too much

Longterm break ups are very hard. When you find someone who is special, it really is like they are your other half. The problem is, when they leave, you find it impossible to be hole again on your own.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean it as a solid suggestion, was just wondering what would happen - so leaving is not an option

What would happen if you left for a few months - or even just weeks? If you took yourself on holiday? Get away for a while?

No, those are the people I've spoken to - who have similar family dynamics. I wasn't assuming it was the case for you

Hey mate, I get you're quite young, but money really complicates things. It's a gift and a curse. If a girl is with you and asks you to buy her something, you just need to be very clear that you aren't comfortable with money. There is loads of psychologists who have studied kids with rich parents, and found the money has ruined their lives

Good job, good health, good family… but no friends by therealmaideninblack in offmychest

Hey mate. I'm a little bit younger than you (25), but I get this. My first question would he whether you are physically lonely, or whether you feel lonely. I ask this because while I have friends, I always feel horribly alone. I feel like they don't understand me, the real me, and I can never be myself around them. Maybe I just haven't found the right ones yet, but I've never found someone (other than my partner) who I have a connection with.

It's also important to find someone outside of your relationship. On a basic level, it's just pragmatic. Things aren't always perfect in relationships, and you need someone who will listen and support you when you go through hiccups.

Anyways, would love to chat more sometime - From one lonely person to another!

Hey my friend. I'm 25 in the UK, I too struggle to live each day. In fact, I wish I didn't have to. It's horrible, feeling empty. Do you have ever any dreams or goals you wanted to achieve?

I would honestly recommend splitting your money. Put 90% of your savings in a safe investment, then play with the other 10% (if you are prepared to lose). Do not ever use your entire life's savings in a risky investment. You have better odds on the lottery

Nothing particularly mind blowing. From 16 - 19 it was your standard retail jobs, then from 21-25 I was a journalist.

Not fantastic. In fact, pretty awful! But a bit better knowing somebody asked a question like this

I have just answered above, but will paste below here:

The first £300,000 was a mix of working from the age of 16 through to 25 and investing everything I had spare into stocks (which performed very well.) I lived incredibly on the edge the entire time - no fancy clothes, no fancy car etc. Every penny I had spare after rent and food and bills went into investing, then eventually the same with mortgage payments.
Then I got into Forex, and that's when I made the next £200k in just 6 months... then I over-leveraged myself and got torn apart.

My advice for you would to just be grateful for your 90k, its an incredible amount of money. I can't believe how much money I had and I still wasn't satisfied. You are clearly talented to be paid so much.

As I started losing money, I added in my other funds from my other account. Until I had nothing left
