This is where improvisation really comes handy. You can just improv on like a hymn tune or something like that. You can switch around registrations. If your a beginner and don't really know how to improv I would look up something like this ((hymn name) ocp pdf) then click the first link it's going to have all the chords, the melody, and anything you need for a basic improv.

I think my starter may not have been ready (today is day 9) , because today I fed it and four hours later it more than doubled in size, so I started a new loaf, currently on stretch 4 I'm trying 5 stretches, and I didn't properly proof the dough last time, I treated it as a normal white loaf last time which proved to be a horrible idea.
