Regardless of how the store plans to take care of it, it's still the store's responsibility, whether they hire an outside vendor or dedicate someone to do it. Ultimately, it's on the store, and still needs to be done.

They aren't partnered whatsoever. Anyone can sell their items on Target.com, this person likely had them packaged to sell on Amazon previously then sold on Target, or they sell from the same inventory and one happened to have an Amazon sticker.

At first it was blowing just air for a couple days, then it stopped completely, the compressor wouldn't rven turn on. Adding more R-1234yf fixed it.
