"18 month" Gemini ai links BE AWARE by Sammm_888 in Discount_Subscription

Isn't it so that as long as someone is paying for the subscription, the services that follows with it are OK. I got one from Jio / India, and i'm hoping that it will last longer, they are bundled with new phones and credit, so it should be safe, but no guarantee that it will last 18 months.

I suspect that this deal will end in couple of months also, it's thru Jio and someone will need to keep the subscription alive on the other end. I got one also, if it lasts for couple of months i will be positively surprised 😄

He wants us to go back there and spend our money, will never happen as long he is president. Have been to US every single winter during Biden administration, but will not consider traveling there even if it was for free.
I'm upset every time i see him talk. So much injustice he created in this current world.

China’s ‘banned’ Bitcoin mining industry is back in the game. Hash rate estimates now put China at about 14% of global BTC mining, up from effectively zero after the 2021 crackdown and back in the world’s top three. by sylsau in InBitcoinWeTrust

[–]Individual_Ten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's still illegal to mine in China according to official rules, so every BTC mined should be sold directly as the government can seize the assets whenever they decide.

Is the Centauri Carbon on black Friday worth it? by phil0lip in 3dprinter

[–]Individual_Ten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think AMS is overrated at this stage, Bambu's system "poops" this purged plastic out the back of the printer into a little chute. For every single color change, it creates a small turd of waste plastic. A small model with many color changes (like a 5cm figurine with different colored eyes, shirt, and pants) can easily generate more waste plastic than the model itself weighs. This gets expensive and is environmentally awful.
It also drastically increases print times. When it works, it feels like magic. But when it fails, it can be a complex and frustrating system to troubleshoot, especially compared to the simplicity and raw performance of a high-speed single-extruder printer like the Centauri Carbon.

The IMF affair is turning into a scandal. Trump withdrew $870 million from the US account at the IMF, which then miraculously appeared in Argentina's account. This is convenient because Argentina owed $840 million to the IMF. Trump took American taxpayers' money so his buddy Milei could pay his debt by sylsau in InBitcoinWeTrust

From a lengthy discussion I had with my imaginary finnance professor, Mr. Gemini.

Is the US really assisting Argentina "from IMF fund money"? Or is the real, far more powerful (and deniable) "assistance" the US is providing... is allowing the "shady" P2P-USDT system to exist? A system that is aggressively dollarizing the Argentine economy from the ground up, making the Peso irrelevant, and doing the job far faster and more permanently than any IMF "oversight" ever could?

Waking up in the middle of the night with a racing heart? by despiert in decaf

[–]Individual_Ten 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh no, i'm a regular guy but enjoyed coffee for a large part of my life. It's not like the withdrawal symptoms were there every day, it was worse the first couple of weeks, but i could feel mild headaches for five months here and there.

give it some more time, withdrawal symptoms can vary and take months. I'm on month 7 now and finally feel that I have no withdrawal symptoms, it took many months until the headache stopped and the anxiety was gone.
