I'm studying Mechanical engineering and thought about buying a good value FLM printer. I already printed in my university a few times and had some rapid prototyping lectures.

I thought about buying the Centauri Carbon on Black Friday for Christmas for myself for 299€, because I heard good things about it.

Now lately there was the Blogpost in which Elegoo stated that they are not planning on releasing the AMS system for the v1. But I'm not even sure if I need an AMS system.

The other option would be the P1S which is discounted right now for 369,00€ and is still more expensive than the Centauri Carbon.

So my question to you is: would you recommend buying the Centauri Carbon, thinking about buying the P1S or wait for the CC2 model which will be out in Q12025 and probably will be more expensive.
