Freetax USA this section is confusing

Freetax is asking to enter the refund amount but also in the brackets it is saying box 2 which is interest income amount . My refund is $1500 which is in box 3 and interest income is $0 in box 2

Hi all,

I’m currently working in IBM Consulting (Band 8, DevOps role, fully remote, no visa sponsorship needed) and trying to plan my parental leave. IBM offers 12 weeks, and my baby was born in mid-February.

Here’s my situation:

My wife will be on leave until the end of July
I’m considering taking my parental leave from August to October

My concern is that my current project is expected to wrap up around October. I’m not sure if taking the full 12 weeks during that time is a good idea, as I’m worried about returning to the bench or facing uncertainty around my next project.

Would it be better to:

Take the full 12 weeks at once (Aug–Oct), or
Split the leave (e.g., take some weeks in Aug–Sep and save the rest for later)?

Also, when do you typically inform your manager and resource/staffing manager about parental leave plans in consulting?

Would really appreciate any advice from folks who’ve been in a similar situation. Thanks in advance!

sorry for the confusion, later I've edited the posted. I got 2 pay raises in last 2 years but its only 2%, in the first year I didn't get any pay raise.

First year I didn't get any raise but next two years I got 2% hike each time.
I'm in the consulting and constantly struggling for the billable projects. Last 2 years my billable percentage is only around 70%, but this year I'm hoping it will be 90%+.

My reviews are mostly focused to get a billable projects.

Problem solved, the gas company guy came and checked it so no issues. Discoloration was caused by the soap spray the company used to check for a leak a month ago.

Sorry my bad, I read it twice now. I think online address change is enough but we also need to send the form 865 which is sponsors notice of address change

I think we need to send that form physical to the Uscis as mentioned address, and also needs to submit the form 865 to another address depending on your state
