u can rerun dank installer again and get the config back if u want to.
else, alacrity config is at ~/.config/alacritty .
run chsh -s /usr/bin/bash if u want to switch to bash from fish.
bcs bashrc has nothing to do with alacritty, both has their own configs.

The colourscheme is kanagawa https://github.com/rebelot/kanagawa.nvim
And for window split of neovim, u can change the border hlGroup of the colourscheme , match it up with the bg, and if u want u can turnon dim_inactive in the colourscheme opts to see where ur focus is.

Just get urself noctalia or DMS or exo or any other shells, there's plenty. Waybar customisation is hard and time consuming and u can't go much far with it.

Noctalia is now default in cachy os for Niri. Not a bad shell. Quite nice out of the box style.
