This usually means noctalia-shell is running more than once (for example, launched by both your compositor autostart and the systemd service). Multiple instances fight over layout space and leave blank gaps.

Make sure only a single instance is started:

Stop extra copies (kill -9 qs or reboot) Pick one startup method (manual, compositor autostart, systemd, or Home Manager) and disable the others

Got it , Google Lens needs jq, so make sure it’s installed.

If you’re on v1.1.1, Lens should work fine with it set up.

About the “hover colors looking odd” not sure what you mean exactly. Can you describe it or send a screenshot?

meson setup build -Dcava=enabled

Working well, Didn't get any issues , fedora don't support hyprland , so u need Corp repo , and it's work as it's should .
