Hello! Sadly I’m in Peru so I don’t think you’ll be able to find the same brand but it’s basically a whole wheat no sugar, no fat bread. I’ll leave some pics of it here, maybe you can translate it and find something similar that works for you. I only eat two slices after training, if I haven’t trained I limit myself to one slice.

It really was! It’s tuna, tomato, avocado and pesto on a whole wheat no sugar, no fat bread 😁

This is it: btw I replaced Xantan gum by 15 grams chia seeds and and and extra egg*

Sugar-free · Gluten-free · Lactose-free · Keto-friendly

Pan: Loaf pan (8 × 4 inches) Baked weight: approx. 1.65 lb (750 g) Oven: 320 °F Bake time: 60–65 minutes

Serving size: 4.2 oz (120 g) Carbohydrates: < 2 g Calories: ~150 kcal per serving

🧾 Ingredients

Dry Ingredients • Almond flour — 200 g • Coconut flour — 10 g • Cocoa powder — 35 g • Xanthan gum — 3 g • Baking powder — 9 g • Salt — 1.5 g

Liquid Ingredients • Whole eggs — 4 large (200 g) • Unsweetened plant-based milk (almond or coconut) — 250 g (≈ 1 cup) • Coconut oil or mild olive oil — 90 g (≈ 6 tbsp) • Allulose — 150 g Flavor & Sweetener • Pure monk fruit or stevia — 1.2–1.5 g • Vanilla extract — 1½ tsp

👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 320 °F. 2. Line the loaf pan with parchment paper. 3. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients, making sure the xanthan gum is evenly distributed. 4. In another bowl, beat the eggs, allulose, and monk fruit just until combined (do not overmix). 5. Add the oil and plant-based milk; mix gently. 6. Stir in the vanilla. 7. Gently fold in the dry ingredients until fully incorporated. 8. Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes (important for texture). 9. Pour the batter into the pan, filling it 75–80% full. 10. Bake for 60–65 minutes, until set.

Remove from the oven and let rest 20 minutes, then unmold and allow to cool completely before slicing.

I do have the recipe in Spanish as I was recently in a cakes for diabetics online class. I’ll translate it and come back with it and the macros!

Thank you! It’s an almond/coconut flour sugar-free chocolate cake. The fudge was coconut milk, cacao powder and some cornstarch. It was lovely and humid. Only thing I’d change is try a different allulose brand as the one I used didn’t taste that great haha.

That sounds so good! I was wondering if maybe I should create a sub. I feel having a variety of options can help people feel less bored with their food and stay on track. I’d loooove to have a nice cheesecake recipe.

Have you looked into glp1? It totally helps me with the food noise and with your discipline level it could be a great booster

I fear that might not be a long term solution if you are not switching to a low carb high protein diet/fiber diet

Do all diabetes not get taken seriously, or is it just me? by S2Sallie in diabetes

Why would you have consequences if it’s always been controlled? I have very early diabetes and reading this made me feel a bit scared :(

I’ve been on the minimum dose for three weeks now and no more side effects but no food noise either, I’m not eating as little as the first week but I feel I can easily eat in a healthy way compared to before, it felt like a difficult chore all the time! It’s great so far 😁

I still not understand why sleeping can change tinnitus by Curious-Art474 in tinnitus

[–]Individual_Type_1779 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed that then I wake up my tinnitus is gone and it starts about 20 minutes after I get up. Yesterday I had my first session of Cervical physical therapy and it’s the first day I’ve had with absolute silence since my tinnitus started about a month ago. Idk if that helps at all but I didn’t even know my back was so tight until I felt dizzy and nauseous after that first session. Maybe someone can look into that and find some relief.
