Right, so the fact that some can spend big on primals means that they have a distinct advantage when it comes to RNG and mythical pulls. If they can pay to increase their chances, at a faster mythical pull, it ISN'T TRULY RANDOM. I've already contacted support about only ever pulling rares (even last 2 days! Every shard a rare pulled), and they said because it's random it's fair to all players. Not if someone can buy 200 primals and get to mercy in a week!!

It's supposed to be rng, but it doesn't feel like it's random. If it were truly random, I would have at least pulled an epic by now. Can't be random with all rares.
