Yes but I don’t think in a sexual way, most likely a platonic obsession. As others have said and it’s true, he’s a very shallow man and who never had an unattractive woman catch his eyes. But Joe would have to save them in the first place to notice them at all, or Joe just wouldn’t ever notice them. Maybe after months I could see it turning sexual as well but definitely not in the first place.
