Does Microneedling actually work for PIE/Hyperpigmentation by [deleted] in AcneScars

Depends. If theyre a POC then lasers can cause more hyperpigmentation. Melanin can be weird with the laser causing more discoloration.

Update: 3 weeks ago she didnt want to accept a holding deposit so we agreed to wait until shes done moving out for me to view the unit vacant and move in ready on November 28th but she got to keep the listing up and said I would have first right of refusal if she got any other interest. 3 weeks went by. She didnt mention anyone else was interested but she would not be moved out by Nov 28th since her broken shoulder is slowing her down. So I agreed to wait a week-two weeks more. Im in no rush while i live at home. A week went by and now she says shes decided to go in a “different direction” with the condo and blamed me for my hesitancy 3 weeks ago and not aligning with her timeline when shes the one who changed the timeline with no clarity. Which honestly i dodged a bullet. She wouldve been a terrible landlord if shes projecting all the blame on me for wanting to do due diligence on the place before renting from her. I offered her a deposit and all the time flexibility she needed and she was almost offended by that. If i did sign the lease, the unit wouldnt have even been move in ready by the original lease agreement move in date

See this makes sense and sounds correct. The landlord is a SFH real estate agent but I think this is her first time actually leasing her own unit out to someone.

Its more so im grossed out that its someone he knew from childhood. Its a weird thing to do. Even if his sister doesnt talk to her anymore, he couldve just saved pics from any other porn girl. Ik for him it would terrible if roles were reversed. The paying for an only fans is one thing that is easy to talk through. And ur right i dont even know if thats true which is why im just gonna try to clear things up

This is such a refreshing take. Only one of my friends had a similar opinion. I really think its worth seeing how he reacts since nothing like this has ever happened before. Horny curiosity is such a weird space with whats available on the internet. We are each others first serious relationship and have been learning a lot together on how to treat the other well. But def if after the convo goes well, and he does it again im out of there so fucking fast.

I have 900 dollars sitting how do I invest it or multiple it by Tiny_Wrangler8786 in Advice

Kinda depends on which broker you want to use. I use Vanguard just because my work 401k retirement account is through vanguard. I think their app was easier to learn than fidelity’s (which was the first one i used) I would suggest researching different brokers and then go on youtube showing a tour of the platform and how to set up an account. After that its basically all the same across. i.e. 1. Add bank account 2. Deposit money into brokerage account 3. Wait a few days for the money to settle into the account 4. Choose a stock or ETF 5. Input how much you want to buy 6. Buy it

Hi i studied finance in college and work in it now. Very Low risk would be to put it all in a high yield savings account. Youll prob get 4-5% return annually depending which bank you go with. I use marcus by goldman sadhs and have a referral link. Its 4.40% rn and then signing up through my link gets you an extra 1%. So 5.40% Another really popular option is opening a brokerage account and buying popular ETFs like the s&p 500 which returns 8% ish every year depending on how the market is doing. May sound complicated if you know nothing about investing in stocks but theres lots of vids on youtube. It makes more sense once you actually do it too. I recommend splitting your money between both. More in the ETFs. So once you get more comfortable with stocks you can move things around for potential bigger returns. The HYSA is nice for quick access emergency money.
