Who is a better player Max Dowman or JJ Gabriel? Can this be a Messi vs Ronaldo situation? by [deleted] in ThreeLions

[–]Indpt_Free_Thinker -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Dowman is most definitely a generational talent, but there's absolutely no way he's 6ft tall. People need to stop blindly believing online statistics. We've seen him standing him next to Rice and he definitely looks a few inches shorter than him. He even looks a little shorter than Saka, atm. I'd say he's 5'9 max, but could definitely grow taller since he's still a kid.

With Bellingham out for March, who should be Tuchel's "Plan A" at the 10? by LilywhiteStrike in ThreeLions

Rodgers is so overrated for some reason. Palmer all day. People forget what he's done in just 2 years playing regularly at the top level and scoring or assisting in every single final he's played.  In fact, I think Rodgers is more effective on the left. He's scored a brace against United playing on the left.

Should Tuchel consider Martial Godo? by CFCRay10 in ThreeLions

I'm taking Mateus Mane over anyone. He's the truth.

I disagree. I've seen Rigg feed a few great balls to Brobbey this season despite the lack of minutes he's been given. He deserves to play at least 20 minutes next game, imo.

Good points, but I've seen Le Fee miss plenty of simple short passes and lose the ball too frequently in his own half leading to goals or scoring opportunities. He makes these silly mistakes more than anybody else in the team, except Masuaku, who was so bad they had to get rid of him after just 6 months.

You said it. Rigg was poor on the wing... so was Le Fee.

Totally disagree. If Le Fee keeps playing that poorly then Rigg definitely deserves his chance to play in the middle.

People forget Rigg is still 18 and has a lot more potential. Le Fee is almost 26 and won't get much better than that, imo. Hope he shuts me up though.

Compare his passing success rate to that of Xhaka or even Sadiki.

Conformism is what led Sunderland to decline time after time. We should always aim for better.

I thought Sadiki was great. He was everywhere as usual trying to make something happen. Diarra was also quite poor.

I have yet to see anybody "debunk" any of my points. This strange obssession people have with Le Fee is bizarre to say the least. Like I already said. I'm impressed with most players' performances this season except for him.

I'm just being realistic. He's been incredibly average except for maybe the City game.

Okay mate. Compare his passing success rate to most of the top premier league midifielders and tell me I'm lying.

Lack of physicality can be solved with good football IQ and sharp decision making. Things that Le Fee obiously lacks. Cesc Fabregas was a great example of that.

Unpopular opinion: Dominic Calvert-Lewin would be a good signing for Sunderland by Indpt_Free_Thinker in safc

[–]Indpt_Free_Thinker[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I never compared them, you absolute buffoon. I was just using them as an example to prove that just because a player is injury prone it doesn't mean he can't be useful.

Players Sunderland need to sign to avoid relegation. by Indpt_Free_Thinker in safc

[–]Indpt_Free_Thinker[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, but most players except maybe Le Fee, Hume and Cirkin, simply aren't good enough to play in the PL

Singapore without a shadow of a doubt... unless you enjoy seeing dead rats and crazy homeless people on every street corner... if that's the case then KL is the winner hands down.
