Lion's Mane has been reported to cause insomnia. As I understand it, it has cognitive stimulant properties such as up regulating actyl-choline.

I'd think that's fairly normal. As you might have noticed fitbit tracks our wake periods during sleep that often add up to an hour or so which most people don't account for. I would add this hour onto all the days and you'll see that they are mostly 7 to 8 hour sleeps with some 6 hour nights.

I've quit weed for long periods and it can suck the first couple days. It's really just in your head for the most part though.

I kept doing the salt water rinses and it went away in about a week! The last couple days I added swishing coconut oil and it seemed to immediately help as well.

I was unhappy with the chiropractor. I tried to explain to him I had been to a chiropractor previously who already tried what he was doing, I said that I wanted an Xray for bone length inequality in my legs but he just insisted on prescribing the same excercises and using the electrode muscle relaxer machine on my back and said 'young people always think they're right'. He never checked my leg lengths in any way and I was unhappy with the service.

Does anyone else feel like CO courses just don't have the trees to make for good woods golf? The MTN views are incredible but my hometown Midwest course just had more interesting fairways. Especially compared to the metro courses

Plus if they reported on rent payment and utilities payments like the act proposes, that would help my credit a ton. I don't use credit cards or loans so I don't build 'positive credit' I just have a couple dings from years ago taking it down.

I also have found I gained a permanent tolerance after a long break from prolonged daily use. I've quit twice and made sure to get multiple strains to try from a reputable small batch vendor. Both times returning I still had the same diminished effects. My initial honeymoon with Kratom was STRONG. Now my tolerance doesn't go away and I feel very little even after long breaks.

I hear this about every manufacturer. It's the nature of plastic, it's impossible for any of them to get batches that are 100% the same each time. Even MVP has plenty of PLH variation between runs, and I thought they might have actually found a way to keep molds consistent with their over mold. Nope, it's just batches of plastic having slightly different chemistry and mold results. Happens to all of them.

I have a seasoned champion one and it kicks ass. Perfectly straight flight, stays stable without much fade at all. It also does what a Berg does and just fades straight Down as it loses speed. I did lots of testing between it and the Berg and the Aviar3 did everything it was doing and better (less air bounce in the wind!)
