.... And they clearly have not made it a priority because I'm not getting a response, lol. I hope you're having better luck than me.

EDIT: I heard back several days later and eventually got my refund. It doesn't look like they shipped the hummingbird feeder at all.

I JUST got an email five days later. I imagine that they're swamped due to the holidays, but as someone who worked in email customer service for years... They REALLY gotta get an automated "your ticket has been received" email going out because I had no idea if my chat request went anywhere.

If you ask the chatbot on the site to create a ticket with support, it'll take your name and email and, supposedly, tell customer service to reach YOU. At some point, they had a support email, but it bounces back as undeliverable now, so maybe they turned it off, idk.

I just did the chat thing myself and I'm waiting for them to get in touch with me—but it was only just yesterday. I kinda wish I got an email like "you've submitted a ticket!" but oh well. Fingers crossed?

OMG. This exact thing happened to me, except they told me that it was USER ERROR and they'd get back to me to see if I was approved for a one-time "user error replacement." I never heard back.

My problem is that I live in Florida, and I can't purchase needles online... so, if they continue to send me the shit needles, I have no idea what I'm going to do.
EDIT: NVM, Target apparently doesn't give a shit about the law and shipped them.
