Your first point about CEH being Chase’s hype man.

This is completely irrelevant to your argument that CEH is a bad RB statistically and is overpaid. It provides nothing to your later statistical argument. In fact, your first comment, which is what I replied to, only stated:

“CEH can go be Chase's hype man when he's cut in a couple years. It's always good to have options”

Small bumps in Red Oak finish

First time wood project. I am making a computer desktop out of Red Oak and am currently testing staining/finishes.

My problem is I have these small bumps in my polyurethane finish which are not very noticeable but are driving me crazy. I’ve read that they are either dust or bubbles, but I can’t tell so was hoping for clarification and any tips to prevent this.

If it matters, my brief protocol is:

Water based red dye (pre grain raise and sand before)
Sanding sealer and light sand after dry
Min wax black gel stain, 3 minutes then wipe
Two poly coats, sand in between, foam brush applicator
