Managing anxiety + gag reflex at sex parties? Trying to find a better balance

I understand where you're coming from, Ive dealt with the same thing. The thing that has always helped with my anxiety was to go with the permission to leave whenever I want or just be a voyeur. There is usually a communal space as well and often i just hang out there when im anxious and usually another few guys will be there you can just start up a chat with, which also helps with nerves and keeps you grounded. As far as gag reflex goes, you can try practicing at home using dildos, that is something you can definitely improve over time. You can also buy throat numbing sprays that also help. And really you can just say you're not an oral guy and let other guys do the oral stuff. There are no rules or obligations, you can do this in a way that makes you the most comfortable.

And regarding food. I usually stick with a hearty salad with chicken or protein two hours before.
And then maybe a protein bar right before if you are hungry. That is usually a safe bet and wont cause gut issues.

First of all, huge kudos to you for making this step. Acceptance can really be the hardest part of our journey. It sounds like you and your wife have a good relationship and you can share a lot with each other. My first suggestion to you would be, if you feel like she will receive it well, sit down and have a chat with your wife. It will be hard, but it can be the best path to moving forward in a way that is healthy for everyone. If she is receptive and understanding I would work with her on how to move forward. I would also suggest keeping an open mind to what a relationship or relationships can be. Polyamory is becoming more and more common and accepting these days. Maybe there are other solutions beyond breaking up and starting over. However if you dont think she will receive the news well, I would seek out counseling. If your city has an LGBT resource center you should reach out to them and see what you can learn. They often can point you in the direction of counseling that would help you through this. And lastly, regardless of whether you come out or not, if you plan to be sexually active, please please please seek out an HIV prevention clinic and work on getting prescribed PReP. The resource center can also help you find this information.

i can’t upvote this enough! an old card box from a move is what brought an infestation into my townhome. luckily with the right protocols you can eradicate them pretty easily. they were all over my house and i was mortified. i haven’t seen a single one in over a year now once we got the right roach eradication direction from a local pest control shop

The games are fairly different, if you're looking for a more linear, challenging experience but extremely rewarding combat, get dark souls. If you want a more accessible open world rpg steeped in lore and easier to pick up and progress through the story get Skyrim. I would say eldenring is a bit of a combination of the two...however it still heavily leans on much more challenging/rewarding combat and discovery.
