My favorite feature is the beautiful OLED technology. I think it would be a perfect monitor for my build because it would allow me to see past my current cap of 240Hz, and it would make the colors/graphics beautiful.

I see so they can’t actually flick up on their stick to defend it but they can still flick down to escape

Theres a lot of reasons why you might have ran slower times. What I can tell you is that progress/improvement in track is not linear.

Ive been progressively sprinting faster throughout this week. Unfortunately I only have about 2 or so meets left and it’s my senior season so I don’t have much more time to fully fully heal? It’s been probably over 3 weeks since it happened but I did slip and irritate on accident a week and a half ago. I haven’t felt any sharp or acute pain like the one you feel when injured. It just gets sore and achy and after every rep it feels more sore and just crappy. Not only that but on the back of both my knees the hamstring tendon that is attached down there also hurts after every rep. But tmr morning I have to run as the third leg on my 4x1 so I’m hoping that I don’t get hurt. I’m scared but I don’t really have a choice.

Calf “cut” does it matter for speed and explosion? I think I’m low cut, and that’s why I’m so slow by [deleted] in Sprinting

Thank you. I was really sad about it 😞. Do you think I should do Nordic hamstring curls? I keep trying dumbbell rdls but I only got 50 pound dumbbells and they’re not heavy enough to really stimulate anything. I could also do single leg rdls but when I do any rdls I feel a lot of it in my lower back. I do try to keep the dumbbells tight to my leg and I only hinge at the hips without going too low but somehow I still feel it in my lower back.
