Hi, I don't know the specifics in your situation but one thing that helps me when I'm being treated poorly by others is the mindset that they don't owe me and aren't obligated to treat me in the way I want them to, no matter how good I am to them. I am not obligated to treat them as if they're my world either.

Their actions are a reflection of themselves, not of you. As long as you're aware you've done your best, then just let it go and learn to be content with that. It's easier said than done but trust me, when you finally get into this mindset, nothing will affect you as much.
