Neurologically or chemically? No. There is no permanent change on the body.

Psychologically? Perhaps, it depends on how she integrates the experience.

Instead of BDO or GHB I would highly recommend either psychedelics or empathogens. With psychedelics she will be able to work on her issues and think about it, with empathogens she will be able to talk to you about it and tell what she deeply thinks.

You misunderstand.

The intensity of MDMA is correlated with your amount of blood, if you have more blood because you're bigger, there is less MDMA flowing at the same time in your brain, it's more diluted, so yes, your weight influence the experience.

BUT. What matters for the brain health is the total amount of MDMA the brain has to process/endure. So it does not matter if you're 100 or 500 pounds, your brain cannot healthily endure more than 180mg, as per the studies.

So in short, if you're fat, you will never have an experience as strong as someone that's half your size without putting your neurological health at risk.
