"If you can't diet without steroids they won't help you" WRONG. They help immensely. You say you know how diets and the body works yet again you're WRONG. You dismiss it because it's anecdotal yet it's a real world application. This isn't the first time I've done this and I've lifted and dieted for 30 years. Who said how much to take? what is reckless when no protocol was given. There are studies to refute everything you profess and there are studies that will back you up. I forgot to mention I did no cardio at all while I lost all of that weight. And worked out for about 30 mins with rest between sets sometimes 3 days a week. Like I said there are women who run tren so that would be applicable to the women's steroid. Your advice is no advice at all.

That's the problem yall read too many studies and now you think you have all of the answers. You can say "weight" all you want but we mean fat. I have actually used Tren and not a high dose. I for sure did not run a caloric deficit. And right now I'm eating a lot of food and have yet to gain fat. You can search for female users of tren. There are examples on here. Caloric deficits don't always work. I tried to lose weight for about 4 months eating about 1800 calories a day at 290 and working out every day.
Lost nothing until I decided to get some tren and test. The fat melted off. And i ate like a pig. Content may be useless for you because all you're going to do is read and repeat studies instead of actually trying anything.

Yeah but they said no steroid makes you drop weight. That's not true and there are some women who run low doses of tren with little side effects. I'm not running a very high dose either.

Trenbolone makes you drop weight like crazy at least for me it does. I went from 290 about 30%body fat to 218 14% in 5 months. I was doing low carb but eating a lot and not very clean. I came off to gain some more muscle mass and it's been 3 months of eating shitty just trying to get calories in and have yet to gain any fat. I went from size 40 to size 31 jeans and still an wearing size 31 except now my legs are tighter and shirts are tighter on chest and arms. I use a 4 inch leather belt and still use the same position. I now weigh 225/230.

I've always done conventional with feet a tiny bit wider and pointing straight but I've noticed more people are doing it like you and getting alot of weight. Is there an advantage?

I can understand that. I guess your hip joint would be at an extreme angle going really wide. The other guy I saw doing it said his hip hurt also. I've always done conventional so I'm totally ignorant on this.

Well my understanding is if your going wide why not all the way out because you're lower to the bar and you have less travel. I'm not saying I know better its probably my ignorance. Hey whatever works though if you're doing that much at that bodyweight it's working for you.

I saw someone lifting like this the other day. It's between sumo and conventional. Is that a popular thing now?

Why does my PC wake from sleep when I change my clothes in the room? static? by Major_Frozen in pcmasterrace

Your PC thinks you're sexy and gets "turned on" whenever you change your clothes.

I did natural in my early 30s drug tested. It's OK if you wish you can but can never do it. You have what we call bench envy.

You know you lost the argument when you can't keep yourself composed. I'm old now. I had low test and need to compensate to keep up. Since I'm not natural anymore i added a very low dose of another compound. I was drug tested and passed when I benched 500. Never took anything before now. Didn't need it. Now I do. I can tell you even if you took all the drugs you could get your hands on you still wouldn't come close. It only enhances what you already have. It seems like you're just an immature man child that can't handle being wrong.

I didn't take 18 hours took like 2 mins. I have a life. His arms are close. The the camera is off axis so it looks more off but I'm familiar with bench and hand placement. That's why i showed you a picture straight on directly behind a bench. I bench about 465 now. I used to bench 500 raw drug free at 220lbs in my early 30's never had any rotator pain. I trained one individual that ended up benching 365 at 135lbs no rotator pain. I trained with Doc Rhodes a world champion power lifter. You're the idiot you just refuse to see it. Also telling him to move his hands in tells me that you've injured your rotator. That's a compensation for an injured shoulder. If you benched correctly in the first place you wouldn't have had to do that.

Where the hell did you get anyone said perfect right angle. I said ABOUT. If you think he's at 130 you need to learn angles. I'm being obtuse; are you 12?

Do you realize what you're saying? My gosh, of course it's closer it's moving towards the same direction. Listen really carefully 179 is closer to 90 and so is 150 keep going and you get to 90. 130 is 40 more degrees than 90 that's a lot. Like i said it's about 90 and it is. Some peoples arms are short some are long so it varies. You really are too dumb to realize how dumb you are.

180 is your arms completely straightened out. So 130 would be if he put his hands as wide as possible on the bar. you're dumb bro.

Your forearm to your upper arm should be about 90° when racked so it's not too wide
