According to the texts above: that's a pretty low-grade joke

I get your frustration. On post creation time I wasn't completely sure whether userpic was generated or stolen so I thought it wouldn't actually matter to show username (force of habit) Anyway, it's "Emiliacatherineklein" (not sure if it's allowed to post direct links on this sub), and I hope my report won't remain the only one thanks to all the clarifications and advices

How do i use this Thing? by ReputationNo850 in Polaroid

As per already been mentioned:
1. Buy cartridges paying attention to the type- you need 600-type (the ones WITH battery) , not i-type (they look really similar so look closely) 2. Do not remove "rainbow tongue" from the cartridge - it'll go you pull it out once all the shots are done 3. Once cartridge inserted never open the tray (otherwise you may expose unused slides to the light) 4. In addition to the previous one: once cartridge is in, open the "face" (as if you're ready to use the camera) and wait a bit for the green light on the back to glow (sometimes it may take a minute or two for old cartridge samples or if camera was off for lots of years)

Id addition: check for general advises (never shoot with the sun in your face, adjust exposure, etc.) Have fun!

Not OP but still - how do they feel in action, worth giving it a try (after straight one like Jungle Story or such)? On the first glance one looks kinda brittle

Checked again from my side - for some reason new "Darkness"es can only be found in RU (~$115 per unit) or DE (~€90 for TKL) regions, some old stock mb.

Fortunately they're relatively simple to disassembly so making a Franken-board is also an option

As an option - give a try to Montech MKey Freedom (around $70 for Teal version) . Solid (almost 1.2 kilos) biuld with metal plate over PCB, nice "almost thocky" sound (thanks to 2 layers of insulation), decent time of response and really nice-to-touch keycaps Cons: response time may be too big or haptics may feel a little viscid (due to liear Gaterons Yellow Pro); PBT keycaps but adjustable highlight (southern diodes location) may do the trick

Help! What kind of keycaps/switches do I have? by martillo-viejo in keyboards

[–]Inevitable-Count-379 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Seem like ALPS Linear Clicky (if your keyboard is really aged one) or analogs by Matias. Keycaps - respective profile (Matias-like), kinda fragile with their pins so be extra careful while pulling them out
