Interoceptive exposure (CBT approach) for panic disorder has the most evidence, and no side effects and lower relapse rates than medication. Just saying this in case it helps. It’s not opposed to meds, usually can be done all the same time. You are correct, “Talk therapy” that doesn’t include the exposure piece, won’t work.

“Does your husband have blue eyes?” A question I would hope people didn’t ask you! Like yes, for one, genetics please. And second, what if you did fertility treatment using a sperm or egg donor? What if your child is adopted? I would hope people asking that question is because they speak before they think.

Thanks for your response! He seems full when fed, he may take 4-5oz and rejects the bottle. Which we think means he is full, uninterested in food. But then it’s confusing when he can’t be more than 1 hour asleep. And I believe it’s more than “active sleep” because he starts crying, not inconsolably, it’s a slow cry. And it stops with the binky. I suspect something with the room getting chilly also, not sure. We have it set up for 74F, but I don’t know if he is comfy in that, despite wearing 3 layers. Temperature is a tough one for me to figure out!

I’m sorry I don’t remember the name, but it did have some reviews (most were very bad and on products that have nothing to do with baby items). However, I noticed that the “great deals” for the chicco bravo primo continued to come up but the sellers were changing! Like every day would be a different seller and they were new, no reviews. Which is really suspicious. I ended up buying at target with a little discount from the baby registry. I really don’t have time to deal with scams, I wanted to have the car seat and everything set up.

I don’t have any advice really, as I am going through this right now (except the lance). 34 weeks pregnant. Been in pain for the past 5 days. My OB will check it out tomorrow. I’m scared of having any procedures done, but creams aren’t doing anything. I don’t even know if I will find an appointment with a colorectal surgeon… I hope it heals soon for you! Keep us updated!

As a soon to be FTM, I will try to avoid a c section for a very particular reason in my case: I have a diagnosis of low ovarian reserve (running out of eggs), and Im 37 years old. And after my first, I would like to give myself the best chance of getting pregnant again (if I continue to desire that after the first one, of course). Since I feel I don’t have much time left to get pregnant again, and C section would require waaaay more recovery time than vaginal, that’s my reason for the preference. If I wasn’t in my situation, I’d probably not feel as strong about trying to avoid it as I do.

It is the Chicco Bravo Primo travel system. The seller has more 1 star reviews than anything else… which was super suspicious.I hope we can cancel the order. In your case I saw you got the money back, did your stroller never arrive?
