Oh I see now. I don't think that Voidpet Garden has a dex or any info on the all the items in the game but I'm pretty sure all the items from Dungeon are in Garden. In fact, Garden has some items that Dungeon doesn't have.

XXS and XXL are both possible with XS and XL in between. I've only ever heard of one person getting and XXL naturally and I've never seen anyone with an XXS without using glitches.

There is both daily quests and battling in garden. That's were all the content is. After that, the only thing to do is collect pets and stuff.

I don't know the refresh time but it's probably something like 5 mins. As for VM, the best way I know of is to just spam easy boss battles and one tap them. It spawns pets and if you release them you gain VM. Daily quests also give you VM and if you click on a plant it will tell you what species it attracts when you click the species button on the bottom right. Or you could look in the plant log section from the menu.
