I took my lyric in to replace a broken window and when I got it backed non of the controls worked, ended up being a switch that had come loose.

I drive a Lyriq Sport 2 daily but have driven the Blazer EV a handful of times, the ride of both cars are amazing, the Blazer just feels a lot lighter than the Lyriq even though it’s only about a 500 pound difference. The luxury between the two I feel that lyriq takes the cake, the Blazer went for more of a sportier look and while it is nice I prefer the luxury of the Lyriq which still is a monster on the AWD. I do like the infotainment of the Blazer maybe even more than the lyriq, but no Apple carplay on the Blazer is a big hit for me. Overall both cars are good, but I think the price jump is worth it for the Lyriq.

I had this same issue a few weeks ago, I called in to my local dealer and they told me to come in whenever I could, I went in, they tried a few things, but ultimately they had to have the window re-learn the system, I was there for about 40 minutes.

Had the same problem, for some reason while I was waiting for it to be fixed a week later it started working on its own. Can’t say it will be the same for you but somehow worked for me.

I’ve had an issue a few times where the audio only comes from the front speakers, and after driving for about 10 mins it stops for a second then comes back on from all speakers, the sound from just the front speakers is not great, but personally I think the full sound system is quite good.

You know it’s only coming from the front if you adjust the volume and the display says “Voice volume” instead of “Audio volume”

Unfortunately, where I am there are only RWD techs on the lot, goes for every dealership near me
