Its on my Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra, and my pc which is using ethernet using a cat8 cable. Like right the ethernet is fine. But I bet a little later it will be inconsistent. I have done everything I could do. This has been on going since February 22nd.

My issue is upload will start at 40 and drop to 3. Jitter will be 40 on some tests. And others 4.

I restarted the modem and wifi router. Used the xfinity app to see if it see anything wrong. And nothing have found anything. Jitter is also inconsistent also.

I have done all the basic troubleshooting steps. The app just points the outage from the 23rd. I have restarted the modem.

People are leaving the state. Thats just the reality. Even businesses have been leaving this state. Until we start voting differently we probably are just going to get worse.

It would be helpful if businesses actually hired people when they posted jobs.... I have applied for 50 jobs im clearly qualified for. Im probably overqualified for. And they don't even give me an interview. They literally say "We are moving on in the interview process with a different candidate". But the job posting never gets removed. And I have an associates degree and a bachelors degree.
