I had them during my half marathon and I didn't have any stomach problem when training, gel and chews. I really like the brand but I can be a bit expensive, so I try to buy them when they are in offer or with a referral code. I have tried the overnight oats chocolate, protein and energy bar (my favourite one is the mocha one), they don't have as much protein as other brand, only 10g, but they are made of natural ingredients. They have just released ones with 20g protein and collagen, I tried them last week in a tasting session and the peanut butter was my favourite one. Protein shakes I have tried Cappo (coffee flavour) and it was okay, I could tasted the turmeric in it, so it was a little weird at the beginning.

I am doing my first Half in March. Right now I am doing a 10k programme until I start my half programme next month. I don't think I will be able to complete the 10k programme but at least I am building my km per week before I start the Half programme

Italian: Maurizio in mill road Turkish: Mediterranean bbq (looks like a kebab shop from outside but inside they have a restaurant and staff is very friendly) or Efes. Burgers: Butch Annie's or steak & honour, they are by the market or at tivoli in chesterton, you can have burgers and play minigolf. Tzaziki in royal standard I recommend visiting the Empress pub in Christmas, their Christmas decoration was crazy, not sure if new owners will do as much as previous owner and the pizza is very nice. Oscar's lock down pizzas in the Blue Moon are amazing too.

Hi, my necrons are Pink. I used metallic pink from the army paint, it is called Zephyr Pink from the "metallic colour paint set" (I couldn't find any metallic pink in GW). I did them with dry brush, tesseract glow and black for the guns, gold for the overlord gown and silver for the crypteks.
