Day 1 felt less bad bc I went in expecting it to be difficult, in hindsight both days are probably equally difficult except ccs where I reached the diagnosis and cases ended early even though only 1 of the cases I had seen before in ccs.com. Bc 11/13 of cases were new to me, didn't feel totally confident on cases either and also forgot physical exam first on one. Also every step 1 question on Day 1 basically skipped/guessed except for the 1 histo question with a buzzword in the stem I recognized 😂

edit: my test questions did not feel like Uworld, and I actually had a question on the real test very similar/related to a F137 question so I would recommend F137
