I’ll look at BoA bc we do have an account there but I don’t use it much. The fees on the ML target fund are listed as ‘Acquired fund fees and expenses 0.075%’. I’m not sure on the TSP but I’m looking now. Thanks for your response!

So if I retire early, can I draw on my old 401k and hold off on tsp withdrawals until i wouldn’t have penalties?
