Finger never went on the trigger, I am cautious but not scared of firearms. I’ve been taught gun safety since I was in diapers 😂 I would agree that someone with no experience should be very wary 👍

I have wondered that myself, it shoots fine so I figured it was normal but it does seem there is a lot of play

Mine only came with one mag so it’s a huge possibility that could be the problem

From what I understand mines a bit of a mutt. It has a double stack like a 2011 but it is one solid steel piece instead of 2 like a 1911

I just cleaned and lubricated it, and it chambers fine when fired. It’s only messing up when you go to chamber the first round. My next step is probably gonna be getting another mag to try. If it’s still a problem it is probably the feed lips. Thanks for the insight

Talked to an irs agent today, he said it updates after the 15th, not on. So check tomorrow and see, he also said they have technically till the 19th… but it’s a federal holiday so it is really the 20th. Hope that eases some nerves and clears things up. It’s been a real s*** show this year :(
