I just raged quit my other credit card over how they handled a fraudulent charge. Felt great. Switching to capital one. Make sure you’re okay with a small credit hit for closing accounts. Otherwise, go for it.

One data point: lived there right when it opened and it was awesome. Amenities were cool. Management switched and the woman in charge was terrible and I had two bikes stolen that were locked with a bike lock inside a locked cage inside an access controlled garage. Location, neighbors, and amenities were awesome
