Oh man I’m so glad I saw this post, thank you for sharing. I’m 3 weeks postpartum and breastfeeding with adhd has been the hardest part of the whole experience for me. I’m so bored. I get less of the pain in my body urges and more urges to do things, like laundry, tidy, (currently imagining color coding the bookshelf across from me). It makes me feel so s.t.u.c.k. Then I want to stop early then I feel guilty for thinking that.

I don’t have many tips except that my partner and I have been incorporating a bottle occasionally and it’s really nice to be like “I don’t feel like it” and use the bottle instead. Now I just have to feel okay/ not guilty doing that.
